Pixol provides AI-assisted product imagery services with human refinement for consumer packaged goods (CPG) and related brands.

By using our services, you agree that:
- We generate images based on your product photos, inputs, and preferences.
- Delivery timelines and image counts vary by plan, as described on our website.

- You must be at least 18 years old to use Pixol.
- By using Pixol, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts.

Subscriptions: When you subscribe, you agree to recurring billing until you cancel.
‍Payments: All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
‍Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled.
‍Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
‍Refunds: All sales are final. Because Pixol is a creative service, refunds are not provided.

- By uploading product images, brand assets, or other content, you grant Pixol a limited license to use that content solely for providing services to you.
- You represent that you own or have rights to any content you upload.

Pixol uses generative AI tools combined with human refinement to create product imagery.

‍License to User: Upon payment, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the final images for commercial purposes.
‍No Warranty of Exclusivity: We cannot guarantee that generated content will be unique or exclusive. Due to the nature of AI, some images may resemble existing works, trademarks, or designs.
‍User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the content complies with applicable laws, advertising regulations, and third-party rights.
‍Ownership of Tools: Pixol retains all rights to its underlying technology, prompts, workflows, and intellectual property used to generate or refine content.

- Pixol does not guarantee that generated content will meet your exact expectations.
- While we refine outputs for realism and quality, some limitations in generative AI may occur (e.g., artifacts, variations, or unexpected results).

You agree not to use Pixol for:
- Illegal or infringing purposes.
- Creating deceptive, harmful, or offensive content.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer or misuse our technology.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Pixol, you consent to such collection and use.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Misuse the service.
- Fail to pay subscription fees.

- Pixol is provided “as is” and “as available.
- ”We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or that generated content will never resemble existing works.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Pixol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Pixol harmless from any third-party claims related to your use of the generated content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of Pixol after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
